Leadership and Motivation Beyond the Norm

From the East Room of the White House to the halls of the Kremlin...from the frozen tundra of Alaska to the Department of Defense in Washington DC...Norm Hull has worked with the motivation and leadership development of teenagers, college students, educators, parents and young corporate/business America.

Norm has a leadership background that spans 18 years of practical experience and training. He started with top leadership positions in school and is very committed to community issues. On a worldwide level, Norm has served as an international youth leadership consultant in the former Soviet Union, Finland, Switzerland, England and Canada. He has accompanied young leadership conferences throughout America and is a popular leadership and motivational speaker.

Beyond the Norm programs include creative solutions to enhance school/business climate, steps to build strong campus/business leadership and relationships, goal setting, acceptance and tolerance, making responsible choices, self-esteem, peer pressure, environmental issues, and facing the tough issues with strength and character. Norm will soon host "Beyond the Norm," a youth TV show now in preprogram production.
