Bedrosian earned her Master of Science degree in Communication from Indiana State University. A regular columnist in CONVENE magazine, she is a popular and practical presenter at meetings, conferences, conventions, executive retreats, spas and on cruise ships.

After being featured at the grand opening of the Disney Institute in Orlando, she is now a visiting presenter there.
