Interactive Training, Inc. News & Views Articles Agreement

This letter outlines the agreement made between Interactive Training Inc., hereafter referred to as “IT”, whose offices reside at 100 Cummings Center, Suite 457J, Beverly, MA 01915, and ______________________, whose offices reside at _______________________________, hereafter referred to as the “Author” with regard to the Author’s editorial participation in the articles section of the TrainingForumTM web site:

  1. IT will aggressively publicize the presence of the Author’s article in the articles section of the TrainingForum, and will promote that section in a highly visible and well positioned area of the TrainingForum web site.
  2. IT will link the articles submitted by the Author with the descriptive listing of the Author in the Speakers Directory.
  3. IT will promote other products and services which the Author offers according to terms and conditions agreed upon outside this agreement letter.
  4. The Author will submit articles in electronic format, approximately two pages in length for the articles section of the TrainingForum. These articles will be approved in advance by IT.
  5. IT’s approval of these articles will not be unreasonably withheld.
  6. The Author will provide IT with an active e-mail address, and/or mail address, telephone, fax number for TrainingForum users who wish to respond or ask questions pertaining to the aforementioned article. The Author will do their best to respond to inquiries and questions in a timely manner.
  7. It is the responsibility of the Author to gain any permissions necessary before the article is published on TrainingForum. Moreover, the Author assumes full responsibility for his/her content and for any actions taken in response to anything in his/her article(s).
  8. IT shall have the right to use quotes of its choosing selected from the Author’s articles for the TrainingQuotetm of the Day. This is a TrainingForum home page feature which will generate additional traffic for you.

I agree to the terms above and look forward to a long and profitable relationship between our two organizations.
