Mike Hollister is President & CEO of Greene, Hollister, Inc. (GHI). GHI is a consulting firm which assists organizations in achieving their best by getting the best out of their people.
Mike provides consulting services in the area of organizational change, utilizing a sociotechnical system approach to change. This involves the simultaneous change of behavior and relationships (social) and the organizational structures and processes (technical).
Mike is a dynamic speaker who enjoys engaging his audience through participation during his presentations. He has been a speaker and seminar leader for many diverse groups from the Arizona National Guard to the Association of Professional Sales Women. Other groups Mike has presented to include the Homer Hoyt Institute, Florida Health Coaltion, Zontas, and the Florida Manufacturer's Association on such issues as change management, strategy development and implementation, and Human Resources. Recently, Mike presented a workshop at Linkage's "HR Consulting Tools Conference" on Transforming the Organization.

Mike has over 20 years experience in Organizational Development and Design and Human Resources, having operated in senior executive roles with Walt Disney Company, Gates Learjet, Burr Brown Corporation, and Arvida Company, a national Real Estate Developer. He has a B.A. degree from Hobart College and is also a member of the Institute of Management Consultants and the Strategic Leadership Forum.
