Marjorie's academic background, extraordinary credentials, and numerous awards are impressive, indeed. Her Doctoral Course work was completed in Communications at Temple University. She received a Master of Arts Degree in Rhetoric and Public Address from Temple University. Marjorie’s Bachelor of Arts Degree in Rhetoric and Public Address was earned from the University of Pittsburgh. In order to stay on the cutting edge of business trends, she is continuing her education at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Business School’s Small Business Management Certificate Program. Marjorie has achieved many significant professional accomplishments. She earned the CSP, Certified Speaking Professional, designation -- the highest earned level of recognition that a professional speaker can achieve -- awarded by the National Speakers Association (NSA).
In 1998, she also earned the designation CMC, Certified Management Consultant, becoming the 8th person ever to hold both titles. The CMC is awarded by the Institute of Management Consultants. Further demonstrating her industry leadership and recognition, Marjorie presented the closing keynote session at NSA's 1999 National Winter Workshop.

Marjorie is a board member of Mentoring Partnerships Inc., a nonprofit community-based training organization that provides quality training and workforce development to enhance and improve careers for adults transitioning off welfare, displaced workers, and those currently in the workplace who need to upgrade their skills. She is also a board member of Women's Business Development Center. Marjorie also serves as a mentor to many professionals in the speaking and training industries.
