Dolf is a free-lance speaker, writer and media-watcher. His 32 years of government service include assignments overseas and at home in the United States.
Dolf served as a reporter, feature editor and news specialist in Asia while in the U.S. Air Force. He also worked with the U. S. Information Agency for 10 years where his duties included heading up the "Voice Of America Vietnam Broadcast Service" to radio audiences in North and South Korea.
Dolf was "loaned" to the White House for nearly eight years (during the Johnson, Nixon, and Reagan administrations) to speak on foreign and domestic issues.
He has spoken to: Ruritan International Youth Leadership & Freedom Conference, Military Order of World Wars, American Legion State Conference, Rotary Club Dinners Nationwide and Maryland Hugh O'Brien Youth Leadership Conference.
