Interactive Training, Inc. (ITi) Releases Selfassessment E-Profiles Covering Key Areas Of Personal And Organizational Skill Development
BEVERLY, MA, February 15, 2001 - Interactive Training, Inc. (ITI) announced today that it has released an extensive suite of SelfAssessTM e-profiles based on the 360 multi-rater feedback instruments developed by CCI Development Group (CCI). SelfAssessTM feedback surveys are available for personal skill development in the areas of Selling Skills, Selling Strategies, Listening Skills, Negotiating Skills, Valuing Differences, Telephone Performance, Writing Performance, Career Development, Stress Performance, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Interviewing Performance, Creativity, Ethics and Values, and Diversity. Organizational skill development areas covered are Leadership Performance, Supervisor Performance, Team Skills, Coaching, Communicating, Customer Service, Managing Change, Performance Management, Influencing Performance, Working Together, and Project Management.
The SelfAssessTM e-profiles include unique interactive, self-paced feedback survey programs that create opportunities for individuals, work groups, and corporations to reach their potential, improve their performance, and increase their influence and effectiveness in their interactions with others. The informal assessment format lets the student work through the survey at his or her own pace. Detailed feedback results identify strengths to build on, areas for development, set the direction for personal growth and development, and help in the development of a self-directed action plan.
