Interactive Training, Inc. Releases Initial Suite of Self-Assessment Surveys BEVERLY, MA --- Interactive Training, Inc. (ITI) announced today that it has released the initial suite of SelfAssessTM survey programs based on the 360 multi- rater feedback instruments developed by CCI Development Group (CCI). SelfAssessTM feedback surveys are available for the topics Managing Change, Valuing Differences, Coaching, Listening Skills, Conflict, Communicating, Negotiating Skills, Customer Service, Team Skills, Selling Skills, and Selling Strategies. These survey programs, along with six other ITI business skills courses, are available through ITI’s online Learning Centers accessed at www.iti4training.com.

The SelfAssessTM series includes unique interactive, self-paced feedback survey programs that create opportunities for individuals, work groups, and corporations to reach their potential, improve their performance, and increase their influence and effectiveness in their interactions with others. The informal assessment format lets the student work through the survey at his or her own pace. Detailed feedback results identify strengths to build on, areas for development, set the direction for personal growth and development, and help in the development of a self-directed action plan. Integral to each SelfAssessTM program is the survey, detailed feedback results, an action plan form, email links and bulletin board access to the instructor as well as to other students, relevant course links, and Web references.
