Interactive Training and First Seminar Announce Marketing and Sales Partnership

BEVERLY, MASSACHUSETTS, October 15, 1998 -- Interactive Training, Inc., (IT) a provider of interactive, on-line training courses and systems, and First Seminar (FIRST), a major reseller of corporate training programs, today announced a sales and marketing agreement to cross-sell the products of both companies through IT’s Web community and FIRST’s direct sales force.

IT is incorporating FIRST’s 250,000 fully searchable database of professional seminars & events into its award-winning training community, TrainingForum (www.trainingforum.com). FIRST will market and sell IT’s expanding CD-ROM and Web-based soft-skills and health care courses to its vast customer base of corporations and professional organizations.
