INTERACTIVE TRAINING AND VINSON ASSOCIATES TO DEVELOP AN INTERACTIVE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION PRODUCT

BEVERLY, MASSACHUSETTS, January 2, 1998 -- Interactive Training, Inc. (IT), a provider of interactive, on-line learning programs and systems, and Vinson Associates (VA), a firm specializing in delivering information on effective communication, today announced an agreement to develop two programs on CD-ROM entitled Effective Listening and Powerful Presentations. The product launch date is scheduled for Spring of 1998.

Effective Listening will cover the areas of pre-assessment, benefits, components including attending & observing as well as giving feedback & participating, and challenges. Powerful Presentations will be comprised of defining your audience, determining your objective, planning your strategy, organizing your ideas, evaluating the presentation, and finally a practice area. Both courses will have an overall "Test Your Knowledge" area with a certificate of completion issued upon finishing each program. Both programs will be modified for delivery as a course through the TrainingForumTM Virtual Campus (www.uol.com/trainingforumvc) as well as integrated into the company's Training On-DemandTM system.
