INTERACTIVE TRAINING AND AMERICAN MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION ENTER INTO WEB MARKETING AGREEMENT
FRAMINGHAM, MASSACHUSETTS, April 28, 1997 -- Interactive Training, Inc., (IT), a provider of digital media solutions for the training market, and American Management Association (AMA), the world's leading membership-based management development and training organization, today announced a strategic Web marketing agreement. The agreement enables AMA to further promote its Web site through IT's award winning Web site, TrainingForum (tm). The two companies will begin marketing immediately.AMA and IT agreed to jointly market each other's businesses. The arrangement grants IT the right to republish training-related articles from AMA's publications. AMA will reciprocate by prominently linking TrainingForum as a resource for professionals within its Web site. The AMA's articles will be included on a periodic basis in News & Views, the on-line news resource within TrainingForum.

This agreement adds valuable content to our site while also providing greater brand name recognition," said Robert Scott, IT's Director of Internet Products.
