Information Services:
Members can contact the Association for the answer to any bridal- or wedding business-related questions. Inquiries are handled by mail, fax and phone. Whatever the question--from etiquette to management--you can get the answer. If we don't have the answer at our fingertips, we'll do the research or provide sources who can help.
Subscriptions/Publications:
Newsletter

ABC Dialogue is published six times a year--January, March, May, July, September and November.
Stories include news of Association activities, bridal news, features about and recognition of members, as well as current information designed to help those in the wedding business.

Annual Association membership includes $24 for a one-year subscription to Dialogue.

Library

The Association's library offers a range of publications including a Membership Directory, The Bridal Show Planner's Handbook, Retail Resource Directory and start up manuals for consultants and bridal retailers. Check the newsletter for details or call the office.
Job Placement Assistance:
Members can tap into the Association's extensive network to find employment opportunities. This service can be quite effective, especially for someone starting out. Send a resume and the areas you would like the search to include and the Association will send it to their members in those divisions.
Other Resources:
Business Name Searches

When a member wishes to create or change a business name, the Association can--through a check of thousands of names on its database--determine if the names already may be in use in the member's area. While this service does not replace copyright or trademark protection, it does provide a reliable starting point.
